Tha Cheesecake Factory was launched July 13,2009.
After becoming acquainted with other urban/pop music blogs, PJay decided to launch his own, at the age of 18. Because he has such a passion for music, he wanted to share what his thoughts about it with the world.
In November of 2009, PJay finally bought his domain but changed the name to LabelMeGossip. The name change came about once I found out the cheesecake factory was an actual restaurant and the site was already in use. I pondered for a week thinking of a new name but still had nothing. I turned to my brother, Songz, who provided me with multiple names to choose from. They were all so good, I couldn’t choose. Therefore, I chose the best of the names and had my friends and family take a vote on their favorite site name. LabelMeGossip was then born.
